Working over the short term disabilities of my hernia surgery I finally derived the method to drive solid rivets for the wing spars. After viewing Builders Workshop videos on EAA and the standard procedure of bucking bar and rivet gun I devised two jigs to hold the wing spar and riveted horizontally instead of vertically. The use of the bucking bar gave me a much greater "feel" for the driving process and avoid over-driven and side-wise driven rivets.
