There is death all around us. The blood rising as high as a horses bridal. Death is the sin we live in, an ocean of blood that feeds us and stops us cold as stones in the track of time when judgement falls. And judgement falls like a thief in the night. In the bed as we lay next to our neighbor unaware. In the street soaked in blood at the hand of mighty. Under the stones of the temples as they fall. Alone wrapped in the fever that the sin infected blood consumes our bodies with. In the womb by the mercy of the one who carries us. Death is the sin we live in, the darkness, the ocean, the abyss, and the only light is the faithfulness unto a thousand generations in the Lord's love and His commandments, thou shall love the Lord with all thy heart and all thy mind and all thy strength, and thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
